What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity, only a minimum purchase of S$150.00 (Singapore) or RM300.00 (Malaysia). This includes walk-in or
delivery.
Are there delivery charges? (Applicable to Singapore only)
No, there is not. Only if your order is less than S$150.00, there will be a S$20.00 surcharge.
Where is your retail shop?
We do not do retail sales. Our main business is wholesale and supply where minimum purchases will still apply.
Where can we view the samples?
You can look at our samples in our showroom in Singapore or Malaysia. Check the contact us page for the addresses.
I'm an overseas customer, how do I make purchase?
You can view our products online, or download our catalogue, send an email to sales@starnetmarketing.com on which products you
require to quote. Also remember to include your name, company and which country you are from.
Where are the pricing? Do you have a price list?
We do not post any price online and we do not share our price list. Let us know which exact products that you need and we will quote
accordingly.
If I purchase more quantity, will there be a discount?
Our prices are all quoted based on wholesale purchases. Our sales executive will advise you on how much stock volume to purchase in
order to enjoy a better price.
Are your products "food grade"?
Today, our products pass through 2 tier quality check process as compared to our system before 2001. The first filter is the QA certification
from China, a major requirement for all food related industries. We pass that ALL the time, unlike our competitors in other parts of China.
Second filter is our PSB & SGS tests from Hong Kong and Singapore.
I would like to order icing prints, how do I go about it? (Applicable for Singapore only)
You can send your image (*.jpg *.bmp *.tiff *.doc *.xls) to patricia@starnetmarketing.com or a hard copy photograph to bring to our office. Do
allow at least 1-2 working days for your icing print to be ready.
Can you customize my logo on the baking cups?
We can customize any product, any color and any size. However, there is a minimum order quantity for different products.
